I’ll give you a list of the first 3 thoughts that came to my head.
1) Awesome shield Cap
What? Wrong costume? My bad.
1) He has the shape of a giant penis on him. Look at it! From the spider down to just below where the belt should be.
2) Gloves. They are racing gloves. Why does he have racing gloves on. They look trendy but still, racing gloves!
3) He looks like he just emerged from a preview of the Spider-Man musical…

Oh wow, I didn’t realise USM: Annual 3 was in this book. That makes me extra happy.
